  • Bring us your toughest challenges. Combining in-house CAD detailing with the versatile power of our Ironworkers, we specialize in one-of-a-kind builds and precision components. From initial design to final weld, we transform raw steel into custom solutions tailored to your specific operational needs.

  • Our 1,000-square-foot paint booth is designed to deliver a high-quality, durable finish that protects your investment from the elements. To ensure a perfect bond, we utilize on-site sand-blasting cabinets for meticulous surface preparation. We also offer custom decals and signage, providing a complete, road-ready look that showcases your brand alongside our signature craftsmanship.

From BIT inspections to welding, brake work, and full structural repairs, we keep your trailers road-ready and built to handle the load.

  • We offer preventative maintenance programs to ensure compliance with the California Basic Inspection of Terminals program. All repairs needed are done on-site. 

  • Leak testing, leak repair, structure repair, interior baffle inspection & repair, plumbing, pump & motor repair & installation.

  • GMAW, FCAW-G, GTAW, SMAW welding processes.

  • Electric, hydraulic, & air system diagnostics & repair, Shoe relining, s-cam overhaul, valve system diagnostics & repair, brake chamber geometry, ABS diagnostics & repair.

  • We specialize in aluminum extrusion, laminated oak, apitong, & custom steel decking. 

  • Visual inspection, cleaning, grease repacking, hub oil replacement

  • Identifying tire wear patterns, full understanding of all industry suspension standards. 

  • No job too big, we’re equipped with a fully functioning 40’ Heavy Duty Trucker Chassis Liner utilized for all types of equipment structure repair. 

  • Record tread depth, inspect wheels, studs, lugs.

  • From repairing and rebuilding existing units to procuring new ones, we handle all your fluid storage needs. We also offer custom-built tanks and reservoirs engineered to fit your specific truck or trailer configuration.

  • We specialize in the installation and in-house repair of premium systems, including Shur-Co, Chameleon, Shurtite, and Western Clean-Sweep. If a standard fit doesn't work, we manufacture custom cargo box tarps tailored to your load.
